Urban Charles Niedermier, age 86 of New Washington, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Willard Mercy Hospital. He was born on October, 19, 1937 in New Washington, Ohio to the late Arthur and Bertha (Smith) Niedermier. Urban was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church, New Washington Knights of Columbus and the American Legion. After graduation he proudly served our country in the Marine Corps. He retired from the Mansfield Brass, Niedermier Sunoco and was a lifelong farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene (Schoen) Niedermier who he married on November 11, 1961; children, Karen Kent, Brenda Wilken, Jeff (Angie) Niedermier, Julie (Roger Yee) Niedermier; daughter-in-law, Danielle Niedermier; grandchildren, Ashley and Shelby Kent, Sam and Emily Wilken, Tessa, Anysa, Niya Mil
