Janice Ann North, age 83, of Utica, Ohio, passed away on March 6, 2025, at Brookdale Senior Living in Mount Vernon, Ohio, surrounded by her loving family. Janice was born on May 12, 1941, in Mount Vernon, Ohio to the late Kenneth and Helen Virginia (Chopson) Workman.
Janice's joy in life was being Mom, Nanny, Grandma and Gigi. Her life revolved around loving, caring and feeding her family. She was a long time member of the Newark Moose Lodge #499 and attended the Utica Church of Christ for many years. She enjoyed cooking, baking and was a talented artist. She adored her cats.
Janice is survived by her children: Tim (Michele) Bonham, Chris Bonham, Lisa (Ralph) Caruso, Bobby (Ginger) Butcher; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her sister Pam Redmon
Along with her parents, Janice is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gene North, brother Donald Workman and sweet grandson, Nathan Brechler.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
